Changes to Capitol Hill
Village Website

With the support of a grant from The Cafritz Foundation and talented volunteers, the Village has developed a new website. If you are reading this article in the Capitol Hill Village News and Calendar online or on our home page, you are at the new website right now!

If you look to your right on this new home page you will see the link to Featured Events.

If you look above on the home page, you will see the wonderful photo by Gayle Krughoff of Capitol Hill homes. At the top of the photo, you will see the following links: Home, Who We Are, Services, Join, Volunteer, Support, Start a Village, Links, and Contact.

In a month or two (do NOT try now), members and volunteers will be able to sign in at LOGON, located at the top of the home page. This new option then will be activated.

CAPITOL HILL VILLAGE is a nonprofit organization of neighbors working together to provide the services and expertise Hill residents need to live safely and comfortably in their own homes throughout their lives. With one phone call or e-mail message, Village members gain access to professional and volunteer services and a variety of educational and social programs.

Volunteers and staff provide free transportation to events and appointments; medical and legal advocacy; advice on senior-friendly home renovation updates; vendor recommendations for repair and maintenance projects; and a monthly list of programs and activities.
